Our Dove's Deluxe Dinner is a five-course seasonal celebration spotlighting peak local produce, warm spices, and perfectly cooked meats, with a subtle nod to the bold flavors of Mexico. 

Menu: 

- Spring Crudite whipped requeson and herbs 

- Caballero Beans chile broth, roasted chiles, and manchego 

- Charred Shrimp fermented fresno butter 

- Coffee Rubbed Hanger Steak apricot, hibiscus jus, new potatoes, and hoja santa 

- Pavlova mango, chamoy, and whipped cream
