We are thrilled to be partnering with Dr. Michelle Morkert, PhD—feminist leadership coach, scholar, and founder of the Women’s Leadership Collective—to bring this powerful and unique experience back to ALTAR for a second time! Michelle brings more than 20 years of experience helping women navigate the intersection of confidence, power, and leadership within larger systems. Her work blends insight and practice, creating intentional spaces where connection expands into visibility, collaboration, and real economic opportunity.
