Welcome to Soul Shaker Sundays- Women's Sacred Dance Activation Event! Get ready to shake your soul and dance like nobody's watching! Join us on Sun, JAN 19 at 1pm for check in at We The People Fitness Studio for an afternoon of pure joy and movement. Dance starts at 1:15pm and goes til 2:45pm. Closing Circle at 230pm Let the music guide you as you express yourself freely on the dance floor. No judgments, no expectations, just pure ecstatic vibes. This event is for women looking to deeply ground and connect with their inner rhythm and SOUL. These Sunday Dances are a time for us to deeply connect to our own inner guidance, letting go of all the noise and dropping into our hearts. In this 1hr15minute movement session the music will take you on a journey of self reflection and connect you deeply to your heart. This Dance is specific to connecting to your own self through movement. Look at it as a time for self care. Come as you are, bring your friends, and let's create a soul-shaking experience together.
