The Wicker Park sports bar celebrates the first day of 2026 with college bowl games and holiday specials. Look for food features such as Breakfast Empanadas, featuring two empanadas stuffed with egg, bacon, cheese sauce, cheddar jack cheese and potatoes, and served with a side of housemade salsa verde ($9). All-day drink deals include $5 Bloody Marys and $5 Mimosas, plus an array of selections such as $4 Paddy Irish Whiskey shots, $5 Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey shots, $4 Pink Whitney Vodka shots, and $5 house vodka cocktails (excludes Red Bull).

New Year’s Day features a full day of football, including three College Football Playoff Quarterfinals. The Orange Bowl gets started at 11 a.m., followed by the Rose Bowl at 3 p.m., and closing out with the Sugar Bowl at 7 p.m. The bar is open from 11 a.m.-2 a.m. on Thursday, January 1 and the kitchen is open from 11 a.m.-midnight.
