More Than Fit is an emerging strength and performance training gym serving youth athletes, pre and postnatal moms, and adults through purposeful, high-quality, holistic coaching. Our approach centers on strength training, athletic development, movement quality, and overall wellness. We help our members build confidence, improve performance, and develop lasting healthy habits inside a supportive community.
