2027 BUSINESS PLANNING: HOW TO GUIDE FOR CREATING YOUR STRATEGIC PLAN AND EXECUTING FOR GROWTH 

A learning event structured to provide you with an overview of the planning process and a set of tools you can take back to your business to get started on you 2027 strategic plan. Prepare yourself for 2027 with a practical strategic plan and a system that allows you to gain traction on your business growth goals. 

This session is designed to help business owners and leaders prepare for 2027 using planning guidelines that focus on growth and execution. You will leave with an overview of the process and a handful of useful tools to help you prepare and execute your 2027 strategic plan. 

Agenda: 

• A review of the Entrepreneurial Operating System® model: a simple set of practical business tools designed to help organize your vision/strategy, create an environment that focuses on consistently working on your strategy, and lastly creating a healthy environment for you and your company. 

• A review of basic strategic tools used for one year planning, such as SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats), and Porter’s 5 Forces to review your market. 

• An overview of strategic growth tools you can use to help you expand your business in 2027, including creative group thinking techniques such as brainstorming and mind mapping/starbursting. We’ll also have a discussion on the differences between key growth strategies including white space, growth, innovation, competitive, and diversification. 

• A discussion on the next steps after a strategic plan is generated including techniques to gain traction in your organization, and preparation of individual departmental plans.
