I have always been a mover. I started my fitness journey as a professional dancer. After dancing for many years while working part-time doing customer service at a gym, I was asked if I was interested in pursuing personal training. I had hardly lifted a weight in my entire life. I said yes and my life changed forever.

I have been a personal trainer for 8 years. I started my private training business 4 years ago. In 2021, I received my Masters in Sports & Performance Psychology. I think mental health is just as important as physical health, and I incorporate that idea into my training sessions. I take the time to get to know my clients, and establish lasting relationships with them. My goal as a trainer is to help my clients not only reach their fitness goals, but to develop a mindset in which they know nothing is impossible.

As a mental performance coach, I am excited to work with athletes, performers and business professionals on the mental side of their performance. Being a former dancer, I get how important having a psychological edge is when you are setting out to perform. I love working with my performance clients on their mental skills and building lasting relationships with them.

Goodman Performance provides fitness and mental performance coaching services. Personal training is for clients of all levels and ages. Goodman Performance specializes in weight loss, pre/post natal, body recomposition, core strengh and conditioning. Mental Performance Coaching is a form of Sports Psychology. It is targeted for athletes, performing artists, and business professionals who work in an executive or performance environment.
