Pour Souls is a craft cocktail catering, event bartending, and mixology education company in Chicago, featuring a physical storefront Wicker Park neighborhood. Run by veteran bartender Tim Williams, it functions as a prep kitchen, office, and a weekend retail shop selling vintage glassware and fresh, small-batch cocktail mixers ("starters") by the quart.
