Membership Services Director Job Description

Pup Social is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Membership Services Director to ensure our members enjoy an exceptional experience every time they visit. This hybrid role requires a mix of onsite work (including availability on some weekends) and remote responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Leading membership tours and onboarding new members.

- Supporting membership sales, including onboarding new members from the waitlist.

- Ensuring active member satisfaction by addressing needs and exceeding expectations.

- Managing member communications and facilitating their experience in the club.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a dynamic professional with a strong background in sales, email marketing, customer service, and hospitality. Familiarity with membership software is essential, as is the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, community-focused environment.

The ideal candidate:

- Has a proven track record in membership sales and retention strategies.

- Is experienced in email marketing campaigns to engage and grow membership bases.

- Demonstrates excellent customer service and hospitality skills.

- Is comfortable using and managing membership software and CRM platforms.

- Excels in communication, organization, and managing multiple priorities.

- Thrives in collaborative settings and has a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred qualifications include experience in dog-related industries, club membership software systems, and creativity in enhancing customer engagement.
