HOW TO PARTCIPATE
Showcase your services, offer samples, sell your products, and promote your business. Practitioners are encouraged to provide complimentary mini-treatments or consultations, and vendors are invited to share free samples with attendees.
By submitting this application, you agree to:
- Operate during all event hours
- Provide only the products/services approved in your application
- Arrive on time for setup and depart only after event close
- Comply with venue and event safety rules
- Acknowledge that booth fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled
- Accept that applying does not guarantee acceptance; selection is curated for event alignment
*Vendors will be notified of their acceptance via email , and the vending fee invoice must be submitted at that time to confirm participation.
