Wicker Park Green Fest is a family-friendly celebration of sustainability happening on April 11 from 12–3 PM in Wicker Park. Join the community for an afternoon filled with sustainability-focused vendors, live music, hands-on activities, delicious food, and fun! With activities for all ages and plenty of opportunities to learn, shop, and connect, Green Fest is a joyful way to celebrate the planet and greener living together.

Event Time: 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Vendor Load-In: Saturday, April 11th @ 10 AM

General Sustainability Requirements

• Zero-waste goal: Participants must minimize waste and plan to pack out what they bring in.
• No single-use plastics: Plastic bags, straws, cutlery, styrofoam, balloons, or plastic giveaways are not allowed.
• Reusable or compostable materials only: All serving ware, packaging, and utensils must be reusable, BPI-certified compostable.

Vendor & Exhibitor Guidelines

• Products must be eco-friendly, ethically sourced, reused, recycled, upcycled, or sustainably produced.
• Promotional materials should be digital when possible or printed on recycled paper with soy/eco inks.
• Giveaways should be useful, reusable, or consumable—no throwaway swag.
• Non Profits are strongly encouraged to register.

Activities, Crafts & Kids Programming

• Crafts should use recycled, reclaimed, or natural materials.
• No plastic fillers or non-recyclable craft supplies.

All participants must agree to uphold Green Fest’s sustainability mission and comply with on-site waste and materials guidelines.

By submitting this application, you agree to:

• Operate during all event hours
• Provide only the products/services approved in your application
• Arrive on time for setup and depart only after event close
• Comply with venue and event safety rules
• Acknowledge that vending fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled.
• Accept that applying does not guarantee acceptance; selection is curated for event alignment

*Vendors will be notified of their acceptance via email , and the $50 vending fee invoice must be submitted at that time to confirm participation. Vending fee includes a 10 x 10 booth space. Vendors are responsible for providing their own table/chairs and tent.
