Jarrel Young

Jarrel Young is an Illinois music artist that has been tearing up the music scene all over the Midwest and southern states. His "Alternative Hip-Hop" as he coins it is a fusion between the fundamental storytelling lyricism of Hip-Hop/ the Edginess of more popular Rap/ and the commercial "Turn-Up" appeal of Pop and Rock & Roll. Jarrel targets his music towards the Younger Generation X and Millennial Crowds, his music being highly favored on College campuses across the country. Jarrel Young has been invited to perform at SXSW and various festivals across the Midwest. He has sold out a major performance venue in Champaign, Illinois for Independence Day, and New Year's Eve and has performed in over 200 plus shows to date. Jarrel Young is an incredible music artist with a heavy west coast influence, and a different approach to the new sound of hip-hop. His vibrant stage presence ignites any venue as soon as he steps on stage. Not only does he deliver with an electric flair and poise, but it's rare that you find an extensive amount of profanity in any of the music Jarrel Young puts out. His following continues to increase on a daily basis and his message continues to mature.
