Elizabeth Jia

Elizabeth is a visionary contemporary artist recognized as one of the 100 most influential Chinese contemporary artists. Guided by the belief that "art is life, life is art," she creates work that embodies the transformative power of creativity to inspire change. Her art blends the rich heritage of Chinese calligraphy with the techniques of Western oil painting, transcending cultural boundaries and exploring the unity of diverse traditions.

With a career that spans both Eastern and Western traditions, Elizabeth has exhibited in prominent museums and galleries in China and the U.S. She holds a BA in Art from the Communication University of China and an MBA from the University of Illinois at Chicago. A passionate advocate for cross-cultural dialogue and the empowerment of women, she serves as the Vice President of the US-China Art Association and is a member of the Chinese National Painter and Calligrapher Association.

Through her work, Elizabeth continues to inspire, challenge perceptions, and open new avenues for global conversation, creating a space for unity, empathy, and artistic collaboration.
