Brie Hines

Through various mediums and styles, my art focuses on finding control within chaos. Often using my hands instead of brushes; my pieces experiment with texture and layers. My background in graphic design also contributes stylistically in using typography as a powerful tool to contrast fine abstraction techniques with playful pop-art.

 

My work looks to investigate personal as well as societal experiences and conflicts, drawing conversation and calls to action.
